Support At Home Packages
If you've been approved for a support at home, or you're thinking about changing providers, we're here to make the process simple.
As an approved care provider, we work alongside you to develop a personalised care plan that suits your needs, goals and lifestyle, helping you make the most of your package.
If you're just getting started, we're happy to guide you through the My Aged Care process and answer any questions along the way.

Department of Veterans' Affairs (DVA) Services
New England Care is an approved provider of Department of Veterans' Affairs (DVA) Community Nursing and Veterans' Home Care (VHC) services.
We provide personalised nursing and in-home support to eligible veterans, helping them maintain their health, independence and quality of life while continuing to live comfortably at home.
Our experienced team can assist with a range of services through the DVA, including community nursing and practical in-home support, depending on your individual needs and eligibility.

Looking for CHSP services?
While New England Care doesn't provide Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP) services, we're always happy to help you understand your options and navigate the aged care system. Please don't hesitate to get in touch, we'll point you in the right direction.
