Home Care Packages
If you've been approved for a Home Care Package, or you're thinking about changing providers, we're here to make the process simple.
As an approved Home Care Package provider, we work alongside you to develop a personalised care plan that suits your needs, goals and lifestyle, helping you make the most of your package.
If you're just getting started, we're happy to guide you through the My Aged Care process and answer any questions along the way.

Department of Veterans’ Affairs Nursing
Department of Veterans' Affairs Community Nursing
New England Care is an approved provider of Department of Veterans' Affairs (DVA) Community Nursing services.
We provide nursing care to eligible veterans in their own homes, supporting their health, wellbeing and independence through personalised care delivered by our experienced registered nurses.
If you're unsure whether you're eligible, our team is happy to help guide you through the process.
Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP)
We are also a provider of the Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP), helping older Australians who need entry-level support to continue living independently at home.
Services may include domestic assistance, social support, respite care and other practical assistance, depending on individual eligibility.
